How long can a foreigner stay in Ukraine after entering?
There are two categories of foreign citizens:1. Foreigners with a visa-free entry to Ukraine, this category of persons has the right to stay on the territory of Ukraine for no more than 90 days in the last 180 (6 months) without additional registration and other procedures;2. Foreigners with a visa regime of entry into Ukraine, whose stay is limited by the duration of the visa (visas are opened by the authorized consular departments of the country of which you are citizens). That is, a foreigner or stateless person can temporarily stay on the territory of Ukraine during the permitted period of stay provided by the visa, but no more than until the last day of the visa validity period.

How long does it take to apply for an extension of the stay?
Not earlier than 10 working days, but not later than 3 working days before the end of the period of stay, in case of violation of this period, an administrative fine is provided.

●International passport;● a document confirming the existence of grounds for extending the term;● title documents for the housing in which you live;● passport of the home owner;● written guarantee of the receiving party of a citizen of Ukraine;● passport of a citizen of Ukraine acting as an inviting party.
